IN NO EVENT SHALL DAITA CORP., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though data retention may continue as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
